Dr. Lillian M. Ostojich

Dr. Lillian Ostojich brings a unique combination of medical expertise, entrepreneurial leadership, and more than two decades of experience in commercial real estate investment and development.
A physician trained in Plastic, Reconstructive & Maxillofacial Surgery, she developed a distinctive perspective on the relationship between the built environment, human health, and sustainable development.
She is a licensed Managing Real Estate Broker in Illinois, holds the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation from the National Association of REALTORS®, and is a LEED Green Associate accredited by the U.S. Green Building Council.
As Chair of the NAWIC Midwest Region Sustainability Committee and the NAWIC Chicago Metro Chapter Sustainability Committee, she advances education, innovation, and sustainable practices within the construction industry.

Ognjen Hrkalovic

Ognjen Hrkalovic is an entrepreneur and innovation-driven executive with international experience spanning technology, construction, and sustainable development.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and a Master’s degree in Innovation and Technological Management from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Organizational Sciences.
His background in technology leadership, including executive roles with SAGA, one of Serbia’s leading IT companies, shaped his analytical approach and focus on innovation-driven solutions.
At Hadrian, he leads project development activities across the APAC region, coordinating partnerships, advancing opportunities, and supporting implementation from concept through execution.
